RESOURCE DESCRIPTION
River gauge observational data provide users with directly measured information about rivers within the United States and Puerto Rico via interactive services on the US Geological Survey (USGS) National Water Information System (NWIS) website. In addition to current streamflow conditions, data provided from gauged sites can include water quality, groundwater, surface water, well, and stream gauge data. Observational data is updated in near-real-time.
