OVERVIEW

RESOURCE DESCRIPTION

PRAMS is a database updated annually (from 2000 to 2019) that provides information on the health of mothers and infants across the US, including information on influenza vaccination coverage among pregnant women. This data can be browsed geospatially via FluVaxView. PRAMS is maintained by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state departments of health as a way to monitor changes in maternal and child health indicators and aids in monitoring influenza vaccination coverage rates among pregnant women. PRAMS data presented on FluVaxView includes percent vaccination coverage by month, as well as the lower limit, upper limit, confidence interval, and sample size associated with each value. All data can be viewed at the state level (for select states).
