RESOURCE DESCRIPTION
The 500 Cities Project collects modeled and actual data on 27 different metrics of chronic disease related to unhealthy behaviors, health outcomes, and the use of preventive services in the 500 most populated cities in the US and their Census Tracts. For many metrics, future projections are formed based on data collected by the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS).
